Hi, I’m Ramon Santiago, some of my friends call me Ray. I will be your Chief Copywriter.
Ramon Santiago – My Story
After serving four years in the United States Air Force, I got a job as a Line Supervisor in a Medical Device manufacturing company. In my second year, I was promoted to Training Supervisor. No training materials, guide, or book to follow. I wrote the scripts for our first Supervisor Training Manual. That was my Training Book for the rest of the time I was in that role.
Subsequently I was promoted to Personnel Manager. Again, I had to write quite a few policies and procedures that Corporate couldn’t provide us. That’s when I started writing my first offer letters. My boss at that time praised me for my ability to write.
I continued growing professionally: I was promoted to Regional Manager, Employment & Training Manager, Human Resources Director and lastly VP of HR. When I was promoted to VP, I also had the opportunity to teach Marketing at College level. I taught Marketing for 3 years. This was one of the most enriching and rewarding experiences I’ve had through my career.
On May of 2009 I decided to leave corporate America and started my own business consulting office. Since then, I live in Madison, Alabama with my wife Marta.

The Unwanted Immigrant
Ramie was exhausted when The Rio De Janeiro reached the port of Honolulu. It was precisely at each port of entry, including San Juan, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Honolulu and finally Maui, where she could inhale a good whiff of fresh air, catch a bug or two, and go on to the next stop.
